Rights To Suspend or Terminate.
You agree that this web-site, at its own discretion, may terminate any auction, member, or use of service immediately and without notice if (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the Terms and Conditions or general rules of this web-site,
(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain rule, (c) You have listed a suspicious or malicious item, (d) We believe you to be a non-paying seller or bidder. In most cases of suspension, management will suspend your account/listing during the investigation process. If management concludes that you, the user, did not follow the terms and conditions of this web site, then your account with myBlueOx.com will be terminated.
 
Your Conduct.
You are solely responsible for your conduct in regards to the content of your posts, your transactions through this web site, and your interaction with myBlueOx members and management. Before becoming a member, you agree that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations. If there is any doubt as to the legality of your actions in regards to law, you must check said laws to insure that you are entitled to sell or buy the relevant item(s) and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.

However, if you feel that a member of myBlueOx.com has acted in a fraudulent manner and in some way caused loss to you, management will assist you in every way possible to resolve the dispute.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the federal laws of United States and the state and local laws in which this Site's users reside.
