	Registering
	(Q) How do I register?
	(A) To register, click on the "register" link found on both the header menu bar and footer navigation sections. You will be directed to the Register page. Just follow the 5 easy steps mentioned at the top of the Register page, the last being to check your e-mail for a confirmation message, and you are ready to start buying and selling on myBlueOx! And remember, membership on myBlueOx.com is safe, fun, and FREE!
	(Q) I'm under 18 and can't signup?
	(A) In accordance with standard law, persons under the age of 18 cannot participate in auctions, as they are unable to enter legal binding contracts.
	(Q) A User ID?
	(A) Your user ID can be any Alpha-Numeric handle that you can easily remember. Though you can create a name that is less than 6 characters, for increased security we recommend you use 6 or more characters, and that at least one be a number. Please do not use your e-mail address, as this can create a security issue. Your User Id is not Case-Sensitive.
	(Q) What is a safe password?
	(A) A "safe" password contains at least 6 characters, and includes both letters and numbers. Passwords are Case-Sensitive. Please write down and file your password for later retrieval. If you forget your password, however, you can request a new one be sent to the e-mail address that is on file.
	Selling
	(Q) How can I list an item?
	(A) You must first be a registered member of myBlueOx.com. Once you have registered, simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" button. First, select a primary category for your listing. Notice that as you select the primary category, more specific sub-categories are displayed in the remaining boxes. On the next page, you have the opportunity to list your item in a second category. A small fee is attached to this service. The third step is to input an Item listing Name, and a detailed description of your item(s). You can use HTML in this section, if you wish. Opera and Firefox users may have problems using the javascript WYSIWYG editor, and can click on the notice below for a general browser-friendly editor. The auction settings page allows you to set a starting, reserve, and buy-it-now price for your auction. You can select when your item will begin listing on myBlueOx, the duration of the auction, and whether the auction is private (the bidders' IDs remains hidden). This is also the primary page to upload up to 5 auction pictures (optional). Please note: In order to proceed to the next page, you will have to select the state (in the first bottom box), and then the city (in the second box), of your auction listing. The fifth page offers you an opportunity to double-check your uploaded pictures and add new ones. This last setup page displays the available shipping options and myBlueOx.com listing fees. Page 7, the final step, is simply a preview of your listing. Pressing Submit will add your listing and the debit amount to your account.
	(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling?
	(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by clicking on the mySelling button on the left Member's menu. You can also view your listings on your myPage (the top button on the left menu).
	(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?
	(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags, as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly.
	How to Bid
	(Q) How can I place a bid?
	(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in, a bidding box will be displayed at the bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place your chosen bid.
	(Q) Why does the item I won say Unpaid in the myBidding section?
	(A) The Unpaid designation in the "Items I've won" section of the myBidding page simply reflects the status of the item according to the Seller's myPage, not the Buyer's. It is not an actual indication of whether the auction lot was paid in full. If you have paid the Seller and still have the Unpaid notice in your Buyer's section, please note: the payment may still be in transit, or the seller may have forgotten to change their status to "Paid." In either case, the staff at myBlueOx.com does not view the Paid/Unpaid status on the Buyer's Page as any indication of whether an auction was paid in full.
	(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?
	(A) You can monitor everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "myBidding" page.
	(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item?
	(A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid.
